All the services must to start in the morning since 08:00 hrs. until 13:00 hrs. even you travel in plain or bus, it is possible you arrive one day before in the afternoon, in that case you will spend the night at Tuxtla Gutierrez and to begin the tour at the following day.

All the conventional packages and tours are in seat in base (collective) small groups of 10. 14 or 20 people maximum, we guarantee the services daily  with minimum 2 persons, (in the case that you want private services ask quotation), as there are different flight schedules, is possible that you must to wait for the others that comes later in other flights and will join to the group, time of waiting is considered from 01 hour to one and a half our. If the time of arrival of the other people is more than one and a half hour, then the person in charge of the services will offer you a visit to the most beautiful zoo in Latin America  that is call zoomat, where we see local fauna in their natural environment, so we profit of the time having an interesting visit while the driver returns to the airport to pick up the other people, coming back to contact you at the entrance of the zoo and together will begin the activities programmed in the schedule of the package you bought. If you have included the visit of the Sumidero Park, in that case we will proceed to give you the transfer to the place you will start these activities.
In order to board the motor boat we must to wait to have the minimum of 10 passengers many times it is immediately we don't have to wait.

If you arrive in flight at the afternoon after 13:00 hrs. until 15:30 hrs. it is possible to visit the Sumidero canyon, some times there is not the sufficient people to complete the minimum required to board the motor boat, in this case the client must to pay the difference 60 usd. Or to divide the amount with the other people waiting if there are agree with, in order to board the motor boat and do the tour. When we start this tour late in the afternoon you wont have the time to eat so, the lunch that normally is included this day, will be change to the following day or can be change by a dinner instead.

In the packages that have the visit to Monte bello lakes and communities of San Juan Chamula, is possible that the travel agency make changes in then order of the visits, but don't affect the program and the driver or tour guide will communicate you this one day before.

Some times will be just one person who will provide the services during all the  days and some times will be different drivers and tour guides.

The tour Guides will be bilingual English - Spanish, if you need tour Guide in other language, ask for the supplement price to pay.

The order of the visits can change if so is considered by the tour Guide or the travel agency considering climate conditions and timing or activities in the indigenous villages, looking always to do the best in order to profit the time and weather.

The lodge will be provided in the hotels previously booked or in hotels of similar quality according the class of hotel you choose, in the case you want a higher quality hotel, ask for the supplement to pay.

In the conventional packages it is not required a lot of physical effort except for the walking tours we do at the water falls of El Chiflon, Las Nubes and Lacandon Jungle, having time to swim, it is possible for children  that can  walk and the parents must take care of them, young people, adults and old age 60 and 70 years in good physical conditions with not problem with the heard.

In the packages of Eco tours can participate children since 12 years until people of old age with good physical  conditions and habituated to walk and to the physical effort.

In the expeditions can participate young people of more than 15 years old and adults with very good physical conditions, habituated to walk long distances and under hard conditions, into the mud or water in tropical climates as well as for the activities of rowing with the kayak or rafts and others. In the case of the kayak activity is possible for children since 10 years old.

PAYMENT
In order to guarantee the services, it is required the  total price of the package one week before or 50% of the total price of the package one week before the arrival day of the clients and the other 50% when clients will be at the arrival to the State of Chiapas.

The payment must to be done making a deposit to the Bank account sending us the ticket by fax or e-mail or paying with credit cards and Bank transferences

Also is possible to pay with PAYPAL.

CANCELATIONS: This are accepted with no charge until 5 days before to start the services, 3 days before 50%, not having in consideration Saturday and Sunday and the days of festivities. 2 days before not refunds.

Is not  included the 15 % tax, if the client need an invoice, 15 % tax must to be added.

If  the client don´t need an invoice, we will provide a  receipt with no tax included.
