In the Lacandon or Ocote jungle, it is possible to find cottages with private bathrooms or rustic cabins made of wood and palm or other materials as well as to sleep in tents or in the houses of the local families as the case of the community of Apic pac and others, this cottages or cabins are beautiful and clean  and attended directly by their owners. Don´t expect to find big hotels like resorts with swimming pool.

In the jungle because of the rain or because a tree that falls there will not be electricity during some hours in the day or night, but there will be candles and flash lights. Of course it doesn't happen often.
